We will actually be building a portfolio at the meeting. If you want to follow along and build your own, you can get ahead by choosing a template to use for your site from the web. In this workshop, SI Career Services staff will go over the basics of how to write a cover letter. Then, participants will share their cover letters with other session attendees for peer review. Please bring three to five copies of your resume and cover letter for review. If you are writing a resume and cover letter for a specific position, please also bring a copy of the job description. I have scheduled work at the Canton Historical Society for Saturday, February 2 @ 10am and returning at 1pm. We will leave the West Hall parking lot 9:30am and commute to Canton. If it is easier for you to meet us in Canton, that's fine. Sign up here so we can figure out how people plan on working and how many cars we will need. I think I can drive 6 so that should help.
