This last summer I interned at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in College Park, MD. I worked with the Electronic Records Management Team on producing guidance for Federal agencies on how they should handle their electronic records. I was the first intern in my department, but they were excited to have me and are open to more interns in the future.

There are many opportunities at NARA in various archival functions and they are excited to have interns.

I got my internship after meeting people at Alternative Spring Break (ASB). While I was there, I expressed interest in coming back and we worked from there. ASB is an excellent opportunity to find an internship and discover what your interests are.
