    • Please join us to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Computer & Video Game Archive in the Art, Architecture & Engineering Library. The archive houses current generation and previous generation game systems and computer platforms, with a variety of games, both current and historical.

    Remarks at 4:15 by Paul Courant, University Librarian and Dean of Libraries

    Games and game systems from the archive will be on display to play and observe. Please save the date for this special event celebrating our Grand Opening.

    Light refreshments will be served.

    I went to one of these ages ago in the London Science museum. It's certainly send you back in time for the generation who grew up in parallel with the development of early computer games.

    They've come a long way from the 20 pages of code you had to type in before you could play a text adventure.
